Additionally, our hands-on maintenance team works 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.,Monday through Friday, ensuring any issue or query is resolved quickly.

Our studios all have access to shared kitchens with full ovens, which are professionally cleaned by our complimentary cleaning service every single week. As well as this, some of our studios contain private kitchens, and most have kitchenettes or storage and counter top space for air fryer and coffee making.

Deposits and Referencing
We like to keep everything straight forward, as we believe the renting process can feel unnecessarily complicated.

Our deposits are £500, which is securely registered with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.

Our referencing process includes:

Proof of ID (passport or driving licence)

Employer reference (a screenshot of the job offer email or a letter from your employer confirming permanent employment)

Proof of Income (screenshots showing your salary entering your account)

Previous Landlord reference (not mandatory, but preferred)

Following the Renter's Rights Act 2026, our tenancy agreements are periodic, meaning they continue with no fixed period and we simply require a two-month notice period.

We have tenants who have been with us for more than 10 years. Pearson Park Apartments can be to you whatever you need it to be; a temporary place to stay for 5-6 months between movements, or it can become your safe, peaceful home. We allow tenants to furnish to their liking - we just require that tenants ask permission for any permanents changes such as fixtures to walls etc, however we are wiling to accommodate and often help with movement of furniture or putting up shelves etc. Our maintenance team are very friendly; we all are aiming for the same goal - a happy community, where you can live peacefully and privately in high-spec studios located in the best part of Hull.
